Southbound left turn lane at Levy Avenue will be removed with Nighttime work on storm water system. Work Zone extended north of East Market Street in the far right lane of Northbound 9th/Avon Street. Construction Vehicles entering/existing work zone north and south of bridge. Old Avon closed between Garrett Street and East South Street. Flagging on 9th/Avon Street, Old Avon, East South Street, Monticello Road, Graves Street and Water Street. Water Street is one-way westbound between 10th Street NE and 4th Street SE. Sidewalk Closure on 9th/Avon Street, Pavilion Ramp, Graves Street, Garrett Street, Old Avon Street and Water Street. Nighttime closure of through traffic on East South Street with local traffic allowed westbound.  Relocation of entrance to Temporary Parking Lot from East South Street to Old Avon. Flagging on East South Street, Old Avon Street, Monticello Road and Water Street. Sidewalk Closure on 9th/Avon Street, Old Avon Street and Water Street.  Crosswalk closure at Graves/9th/Avon Street and midblock crossing of Water Street under Belmont Bridge.  Intermittent pedestrian travel stoppages on Water Street and in pedestrian tunnel to/from the Downtown Mall via the Pavilion on Water Street.
