Daytime Lane Closures switches to Nighttime on 9th/Avon Street. Locating Utilities within 9th/Avon Street, Graves Street, Levy Avenue and Garrett Street during Nighttime. Work begins on duct bank on Garrett Street and Old Avon Street (Daytime).

Daytime Lane Closures on 9th/Avon Street Continues. New temporary parking lot open. Monticello Road between Graves Street and Old Avon re-opened to vehicular travel.
